Our workplace
Cirkom is an engineering house that delivers turnkey solutions to our customers – whether it’s the design and establishment of brand new factories, project planning of new production lines, automation of existing sub-processes or tasks within analysis, validation and documentation.
This means that when you work with us, you work closely with colleagues who are also involved in the specific task. Some tasks last only a few days or weeks, while others are multi-year projects.
In some assignments you will have the role of project manager, in others you will be the lead or co-producer on a partial delivery, and in others you will be involved in learning a new process.
Community and professional immersion
To thrive at Cirkom, you need to value teamwork – both with more experienced and less experienced colleagues, as well as with those who approach the task from a different professional background than your own.
In larger projects, you’ll also have the opportunity to immerse yourself and acquire new knowledge and skills that are essential for the team to complete the task at hand satisfactorily.
We work at Cirkom and in our own way
We take responsibility for solving our customers’ tasks from A to Z, and we manage the process towards the solution.
That’s why most of our employees spend the majority of their working hours at Cirkom in Roskilde.
When we visit customers, it is usually in connection with the start-up of a project, as well as testing, delivery and validation of the solution.
As a rule, we all work together at the address. However, we may occasionally work from home, especially when a task requires quiet and immersion.
